Money scam
I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Acqua Flow Designa water purifier and took an AMC for Rs 2550/- starting from 11th Nov 2007 to 10th Nov 2010. The receipt number for AMC is 14971063. I had placed a service request for some problem in my acquaguard almost 7 days back on Oct 24th, 2008. I have also been requesting everyday on telephone by calling up their service centre on 011-41582147/8 requesting them to send a service engineer to my residence. However, every day the standard reply from the service centre is that They would send an engineer today but that day has not come for 7 days.
I would now be complaining to my RWA (Resident Welfare Association) and they would ensure that no Eureka Forbes stall / sales rep is allowed to enter my apartment society.
Overall it has been a very bad experience and for the past seven days, we have been purchasing filtered water for Rs 200/- per day. Would Eureka Forbes pay any heed to this ?

Poor service
Eureka forbes has worst customer service. I entered into amc with them. I wanted a service from them
no one attended or made a call at least even after a month after giving complaint my telephone bills are only increasing. I took 2 days leave &sat in vain waiting for the service person. Please don't buy EUREKA FORBES products

Not getting filter
I purchased aquasure with iron filter on feb 07. I am in dire need of the filter kit. I am not getting filter kit either in jamshedpurr or ranchi. The concerned officials please look into this matter urgently.

Non receipt of bill & warranty card
We have purchased video phone.After receipt of payment no bill was given nor any warranty card and annual maintenance service contract given by m/s eurekabes forbes ltd, varanasi u.p. INDIA. We had been reminding since last 45 days approx without any result. Please help us. The name of the person who sold this item on behalf of the company is mr. J.P. Pandey.

Water purifier not working
The worse ever experience with Eureka Forbes, the day i brought my water purifier that day only for 1 hrs. the purifier worked and after that when ever it was complained that it is not working the engineer use to come after chasing for several days and use to do something and the movement he left the house the water purifier stops working, i am fed up of this product and want to throw it out.
I want to make aware to other customers DON'T EVER THINK OF BUYING EUREKA FORBES PRODUCTS.

Bad, bad service
I bought an Aqua Guard Gold from Eureka Forbes, Jodhpur, Rajasthan and wanted it installed in Bangalore. Before I bought the Aqua Guard, I was committed the following things and not even one of them is honored:
a) Since I am living in Bangalore, but I bought the Aqua Guard in Jodhpur, they would deliver the machine to bangalore for no additional charges (i.e. apart from the payment I am making at the time of buying it). Once I bought the machine, I was told that I will have to either take the machine with me or will have to pay the courier charges.
b) The first installation of the machine is always free and hence the concerned person would make sure that the machine is installed at my bangalore residence with no additional cost and on time. I have got the machine in bangalore for more than a week now and everyday I have to call the customer service helpline (080-39883333) and provide the complaint no (PP25/9) and explain the situation to find the status. Everyday, I get the same response. "Sir, our personals are in field right now and we will make sure that the installation is done by 12 o'clock tomorrow morning." Nothing Happens. Again the same process next day!!
c) The so-called team lead in Jodhpur office is Mr Sameer (contact no. 9829108342) who sold the machine. He never picks up the calls and never bothers to return them. His behavior is completely unacceptable and I would want to report it to higher ups in the company.
I only suggest that nobody buys any product from Eureka Forbes ever!!

Pathetic customer service
I agree with the complaints - from the time Eureka Forbes have outsourced the maintenance of their appliances to the small agencies to handle the customer complaints the services have been pathetic. We had in 2007 renewed the AMC contract for 2 yrs for the Nova Aquaguard Water Filter & really regret it. At the end of 1st year of AMC nobody came to replace the candle/carbon block (it has not been done till date even after various telephonic reminders & now the 2nd yr of AMC will also be ending shortly). In fact last year on one of our service request call the technician who came did not even know how to open the filter - he did something & broke one of our expensive taps leading to the flow of water, after repeated calls the filter was serviced and the tap was replaced (that also at our cost) that also it was very shabbily done. Also, the technicians always come for servicing in at odd hours especially in the late afternoon disturbing the sleep of senior citizen in the house even though they have been asked to come by 2:00 pm. Moreover, they do not even bring the service card saying that it was our call & not their regular service call (but till today they have never come for servicing of the machine as per the AMC entered they come only on calls) . Earlier only 1 technician would come to service the machine whenever called. Nowadays different people come & sometimes you really get worried from the security point of view for the family members who are at the residence.
We wish that the Company properly scrutinies the credential of all its franchisee members before enrolling them.

Improper installation of water purifier
The Company person has done wrong installation of Water Purifier due to which we are facing tap leakage and also my water tap has got dislocated. Also the person who is responsible for the same has not turned yet after calling him for several times.
It's indeed a disappointing approach from such a graded company.

Non issue of invoice, product received before 3 months
I have purchased one aquaguard water purifier booster in the month of May, 2008. So far I have not received any invoice/bill and warranty card. I inquired in the eureka forbes office at Visakhapatnam. But they told the invoice/bill sent by post. I am asking them to collect invoice personally. But they are supposed to tell the invoice should be sent by post. So far I have not any thing from this. How much time are they taking for this process. I have paid the payment through credit card. what is this to take the process for your company. This is not good for process the invoice preparation. If any one can paid installments, they above process is correct. But where there is single payment, You must supposed to send/give the invoice immediately.

Changing of code wire of the cleaner
My repeated request to the service center to change the power cable of my vacuum cleaner has gone to deaf ears. If the same is not serviced within a week I have no option but to take it up legally.
This refers to telephonic complaint lodged with service center at kannur kerala.
