Faulty equipment
Recently one month back I brought water filter from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard, Model - Gold Nova. The instrument was faulty from the time of installation, the on-off button was not operational, I complaint the same to in installation engineer at the time of installation, but he refuse to take back the unit, and ask me to complaint to the sales person whose made the deal. I contacted him many times but always received falls promises of replacing the unit but so far no action has bean taken, after one month the unit is idle at my place. This is very poor quality of service from the company!

Very poor customer service
I had to shift my residence and put a request for dismantling and re-installation of the Aqua guard. I was promptly given 2 complaint numbers PRI 27/1 and PRI 27/2. No body ever turned up for the dismantling of the unit. We had to request the packers and movers to do it for us and had to pay extra for this. Nobody turned up for re-installation either. I again had to call the call center and remind them about it . After a week I got a call from a person by name Soloman and he said he would come for fixing it up. This guy turned up at 8:30 PM in the night and said he wanted a plumber to help him fix it up. How can you expect a plumber to be available at 8:30 PM in the night. This guy was very rude, He did not even apologize for coming in so late, rather blaming us for not helping him with a plumber and said it is not his job. If we could do this ourselves why do you have a customer care service with so many branches all round the country and showcasing yourselves in ads. its been 10 days since then and nobody turns up. I have called the customer care about 10 times .With no respite.
I am getting mineral water for the past 3 weeks now. Who will compensate for this and all the hassles we are going thro. I have decided to go to consumer cell now. I have called the customer care and also warned that if nobody turns up I would be going to the consumer cell.

Worst response
I had put in a service request for the installation and repair of my Eureka Forbes aqua guard. The request was registered with id SRI26/4. I was assured that somebody from service department would get in touch with me. But i just kept on waiting. I gave repeated calls to call center and got apologizing responses with everytime a new false promise that somebody will be sent on the same day. I tried to contact their manager Ms Veena also. But i think she is also part of the game coz she never picks up her phone.
More so their is no grievance link in the Eureka Forbes website. To add to my pain, the site boasts of the best service.
Can somebody suggest me what can we do as an individual against these companies who take their customer for granted.

Scam and cheating
I was really fed up with the kind of service that rite nw eureka forbes is giving to me I lodge a request against changing of transformer on the last two weeks before, but no response came from their side no service representative came to solve my problem yet. [PLZ do the needful].

Not attending the fault
I bought Eureka Aquaflo some time back, till last year when the after sales service was with the private organizations I had no problem in services, but after the company has taken over the AMC it has become worst. I had to complain and wait for 3 to 4 days till they come for service, but before i used to get my work done in 8 hours. I wanted either the management to take this matter seriously or give the maintenance contract to private franchisees as earlier otherwise they will loose lot of customers.

Terrible experience
I Anshuman Singh Customer ID 1001761888 given the complaint on 19th June08 regarding Eureka Forbes Water Purifier is not working against S.R No. 51218623 and the Customer care executive said it will be rectified in 2 working days, but till now NO RESPONSE even after calling continuously. Every time the response is it will reach today but no commitment on service part.

Poor service
Eureka forbes customer service is very poor. they will not do proper service and make unnecessary delay for the service. So don't prefer eureka forbes products.

Delay for service
I bought a Eureka Forbes - Water purifier - Crystal model last year. From last 2 months it is not working properly. So I called the customer care that time and they sent a mechanic. But he couldn’t resolve the issue. I again raised the complaint but it took around 2 weeks for the mechanic to come. He took the whole unit to the service center. Now it has been 2 weeks. Everyday we are calling to the number (044-22420284) which was given by the mechanic. But they go on telling that they will bring the unit the next day. But till today no one brought the unit back. I am not satisfied with your customer service.

Faulty equipment
I purchased one RO water filter Forbes make for which i was assured service from Eureka Forbes Nagpur. With in one year the Power supply unit failed in the month of May [hottest part of summer]. The unit was replaced after a number of trials by the service engineer. After fifteen months of this replacement the power supply failed again, which was replaced but then the entire filter was damaged.
1. The over flow water which earlier used to stop periodically now does not stop.
2. The water earlier used to flow smoothly now flows with a jerk and noise.
3. The water leaks from all over keeping the surrounding of the filter wet and unhygienic.
4. The service engineers are now avoiding visiting and giving service.
