Leaking water purifier
I bought a Eureka Forbes water purifier about a year ago. I logged a complaint in April about water leaking from the purifier. I followed several times in their call center, they would always say they would set it right in 24 hours, it been 2 months nothing has happened not has anyone even made a call.

very poor service and false promise
i m suffering from ureka forbes, inspite of 15 calls they have not send person to service at my home
i m living in small villege in college campus when i buy i was promise to give 2 free service but after 7 month no one has attened my appliance
this is very bad part on thier role
plz dont buy any product frm ureka forbes this is my suggestion to all peoples living in india
dont be cheated frm them

Cheating
Beware of Eureka Forbes servive in Bangalore- Brrokfield Area- They will come and collect the AMC fees, but they will not attend your complain- if you try at this number 22109487- the line is always busy or notbody will pick up the phone- they are not bothered about anything and simply blame on their other collegues- So please don't but Aquaguard in Whitefield area- Eureka Forbes should be ashmed of their service.

Product complaint!
I had purchased one RO system form Eureka Forbes form their Delhi Branch. From the day one it has started creating troubles. At times there was water leakage and at times it stops working. Finally their company employee said it is better to have another model because there are some persistent problems with this particular model, and they had fixed the lower version of RO system at my home in my absence.
Here I would like to tell that the purpose of buying that particular model got defeated and no body in this company is there to listen to the cries of their customers. I was told the Mr. Eric Bakhtawar is heading this company, I tried to contact that gentleman but i couldn't get through. My would not suggest any body to go for Eureka Forbes product after this experience.

Invoice not delivered
I purchase Eureka Forbes water purifier Total Gold Nova by paying almost Rs. 10k in the first week of January 2008 and I was told that I will get invoice in a weeks time by courier, until now I have not received invoice from that office in JC road Bangalore every time I call the salesman the same old answer it will come by courier. I definely feel there is some malpractice by the sales persons of Eureka Forbes, if I do not get invoice I would approach the consumer courst and claim the damarages including the huge telephone bills, which I paid call these sales rep.

Poor service!
Purchased Integra7 so called No 1 water purifies in the world. But unfortunately no one knows from Eurka Forbes for servicing.
Fed up by calling the service person at cochin. Never buy a product from Eureka Forbes. They are not listening our problems.

It is very sad to state that such poor service net work from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes.

Poor Salesman service
There was a fair going on at big bazaar, Highland park, Kolkata on 22.12.07. There we were offered a free trial of 15 days for Aquagaurd Total RO system. On 23rd of December your salesman Mr. Dibakar Chakroborty Code 9001911 (Mobile no: 9830687109) came and took an advance cheque of Rs 12500 & Rs 2000 in cash for the same vide receipt no: 027073 dated 23/12/2008. We were told that the machine would be fixed in an hour but the set was found defective after installation. Earlier we had Aquagaurd Nova. The machine was not fixed for a day & we had to Purchase mineral water to drink. The salesman told us that the next day he would replace it. But till today he has not replaced it and is telling that there is no stock. The next day he fixed back the old machine on 24.12.07. Since he could not supply the machine. We do not understand, that if there was no stock, why do you hurry to take the cheques and fail to deliver your product in time. Due to delay we are no longer interested in your product.. On 3.1.08, Mr. Dibakar Chakroborty assured the machine will be definitely be installed on 6.1.08. But he failed. We have been telling the salesman to return our advance & cheque, but he is not returning it. It is just wasting our time and money on phone calls.

Aquaguard Classic
Worst service for AMC:

I lodged a complaint on 23.12.2007 with your helpline and the ref. no allotted is 34883. Even after repeated calling to the following numbers : 044 - 65714969/70/71, no one has turned up so far. Today also they are saying that they are planning to come on 07th or 08th of this month. I have never seen such a worst and atrocious reply to a customer by its service engineer. I need some telephone numbers of officials who can be contacted for Chennai city.

poor customer service
its been a week since i have made a complain about water leakage in forbes Aqua Flow. nobody has come so far come for attending the complain. i have already called there custoemer service people five times but its not helping.
