Sales executive are liar and unprofessional!
The salesman I encountered made so many false promises. I feel that they are out there just to deceive people by telling lies and bait the customers into buying the product. They tell lies like crooks. The most unprofessional sales executives I have encountered with yet. There was a camp organized by the company for water purification systems. The sales executive in the camp claimed that we could book a RO from their stall by giving 500 Rs only and if We book it there, we would get Life Time Free service. He told that there was no catch and gimmick in this and the service person would come to our house for service free. So I booked a RO system from there.

After three days of my booking the same executive called me and told me that if I could buy the RO in next two days I would get "an additional" year of guarantee as this was a special scheme from the company. Without sensing any hidden motives in his talk I paid the entire amount by credit card.

Once I paid the money the actual face of the executive came into light. I faced so much trouble in getting them to come to my house to install the system at the time that was convenient to me. But finally somehow I could get the system installed at my house. But this was not the end of my trouble. The RO system was leaking. I made numerous calls to the same sales executive but he didn't come to my house. After a week of me calling him repeatedly he stopped taking my calls and ignored me completely. My RO still leaks after 10 days of installation. He even didn’t give me any bill for the RO that I bought.

After that, I called on their customer care and to my utter surprise I came to know that all the promises made to me were false and there was no Life Time Free service provided by the company at my doorstep. Moreover the "one additional" year of warranty was also not there.

I feel cheated and deceived by the Eureka Forbes sales executive and would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Eureka Forbes.

Terrible service!
My complaint number is 50381422 and its the second time that it is happening that in spite of repeated reminders in their call center, the curing of problem has taken a hell lot time. Apart from that, the people at the call center treat us as if we are totally at their mercy and they are not even ready to accept their mistake and apologize for the same . I took the RO system of the Eureka Forbes in July'07, just seeing the long history it has and thus assuming quality services. I was so wrong in discounting other companies like ZeroB and Kent. I am never going to suggest any body to go for this company's products-total Babu Culture.

Securety System
I have purchased a securety system with camera in the month of October still today the camera was not instaled and no demostation after remaindind so many times technician says he will come never turned up.

I have been cheated!
I purchased a complete security system marketed by eureka forbes from Mr Arun Arora for my new home on 3rd march 2007. for Rs 19800. (My requirement was for two systems, one for my sister in law) so I simply asked him to install the system for her as my home was under construction. I have been chasing him since 3 rd sept 2007, but they ARE NOT INTERESTED TO INSTALL. Mr Arun keeps promising and then disappears. When I call the helpline, I am left helpless as they take my complaint and then nothing happens. This company just wants to meet their sales targets, I am so disgusted and appalled at their service, now I just want a refund and want to say goodbye to them! There is no professionalism and they don't care!

very very poor service
once upon a time eureka forbes was giving me good service . but it has gone tfrom good o bad to worse and now worst. In the last 2 years, i have never had my service in one phone call. it ranges from 8-10 calls for every service i had. Even more worst is the personnel at the call taking centre; they are the most discourteous. what is eureka fprbes management doing? i would like to know. if you want to know more from me please call me at 09841181929

Poor customer service
I bought Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard in Bangalore from a representative based in Koramangla. I was provided with a temporary receipt. First there was a delay in providing me details to validate the warranty card. For almost two month now they have not yet provided me with the original receipt and invoice. Each time I called "Mar. Raghavendra - Sales representative" he told me to wait for a day or two to get the receipt. At one point he claimed that there was an error on part of the company to send the receipt but he has personally send it by courier. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I get regular post and courier from other sources but amazingly as per Eureka Forbes their courier is making a disappearing act...not that they ever provided me with courier tracking details... Honestly it is SICK dealing with such nuisance.

Water is not coming out of the unit!
The water is not coming out of the Unit. I made the complaint to your local call center on 02-10-2007 at 10.27 AM with complaint No. K429. That complaint has been forwarded to M/S Samaritan Services on the same day at 07.30 PM Till date, the Service Engineer not visited our premises to repair the Instrument. Every Time, if I am having the complaint, the repair gets completed after 4 or 5 days, but in worst case, the time taken I one week also. On 1st of October only, the Service Engineer visited our residence and serviced the Instrument and got extended my Service Contract for 2 years. For this complaint, I have contacted your local call office in Chennai on today (06-10-07) at about 01.30 PM, One of your call center Executive, Mr Jai attended the call and assured me that the Service Engineer will attend your repair to-day itself. But Nobody turned up even after 06.00 PM, I have contacted again. Mr. Jai attended the call but answered very lethargically that what can I do for the Service Engineer has not attend your repair. I asked him to provide me the phone number of M/s Samaritan Services, he gave me the wrong number 52013405 which is not in existence. Again I have contacted the Call Center, One Mr.Naresh attended me gave the correct No. 42013405. I have contacted this number, but the attended person is told me that she is House wife and nothing do with my complaint. In this circumstance, I have suffered with mental agony and I am in doubt that when my instrument get repaired. What is the use in putting the service Contract for not doing the service in right time. Is this a way towards consumer. Therefore, I have no other go except to approach the Consumer Court.

Violation of AMC!
Inspite of having an AMC, complaint regarding our non functional water purifier (I nova) has not been attended through out the day. In the morning of Saturday (5.10.07) the complaint was lodged. In the night we were told that nothing could be done before Monday i.e. after 2 whole days.The 24 hours telephone number was of no use. Further a fake complaint number of 121 with the promise to address the problem soon was given. Thereafter several telephone calls were wasted just trying to convince that a complaint had indeed been lodged. Also, the employees attending the phone were very rude and unsympathetic.

Do not buy Aquaguard!
I am suffering after relying on Eureka Forbes's so called "quality services"! Please do not buy Aquaguard, as they have worst services. Installation of machine took 20 odd days and now for first service, I am waiting for 45days. Its horrible and beyond all imaginations, how these people sleep on complaints.

Poor service!
I got a Aquaguard REVIVA Model befor 2 yrs & renewed AMC before 5 Months.. Registered Complaint on 24/09 & t/day is 27/09, nobody actioned on this Complaint...

Such a worst Service provided by Eurekha Forbes...
