The plumber has failed to give satisfactory service while installing the water purifier Eureka forbes Reviva product. My receipt no. Inv No:1180100811, date 5.5.2010, order no:118054326, customer ID:1007044712.
The tap to which it was supposed to be installed is completly damaged by the plumber brought by the company service personel. The persons of local office, the other personal have not responded for the deficieny in service.
The wall mounting stand has not been installed till 24.06.2010 inspite of dozen calls for customer care, and all the other persons who had given the phone numbers to contact. Hence I desire to go for consumer fourm please guide, me, I am ready for even pre-trial litigation.
