My water purifier is not in working condition frrom the past 3 days. I've launched my complain on 16 May 2011 in the authorised service center of eureka forbes. They gave us the assurance of surely attending my complaint in the next 24 hours Till now nobody has turned up. My complaint number is 62238204. We are managing without water for the past 3 days without water in such weather conditions where the temperature is rising to 45 degrees. The response from the service center has been pathetic. They have been making fool of us by giving us wrong timings and numbers. We have also taken AMC on 04 jan 2011. The servicing of our water purifier is also due. The filter was to be changed this year which is also due.
I would be very thankful to you if you could take up some strict action against them.
