dented equipment

the subject equipment was purchased on 01/12/2007 and since the very first date reminding the agent mr sanjeev jha code # 3328 and he is not attending to it. More over i have not been provided the guarantee certificate despite reminders
Is this the service you provide to the customers making false promises of services before buying.

cheat

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to puchase of a water purifier from thier stall in event organised in "LUCKNOW MAHOUTSAWA" in 2006 in the name of my wife Smt Meenu jindall, R/o C-1643, Rajajipuram, Lucknow. At the time of purchase pertaining sales person assured us to provide a gift casting 2000/-. They said me that the same will be send by post after approval from your H O.

I am so sorry to state that more than one year have been passed and "LUCKNOW MAHOUTSAWA" - 2007 is running but my gift is not recieved by us till the date. I neaver hoped such kind of cheat and malecious act of promise from such reputed company.

I hope you will look into the matter and ensure the delivery of my gift and also punish the sales person who did the same.
