I have a Aqua Guard Mod CLASSIC which needs to be reinstalled to a new flat within Pune.AMC for the machine is up to 26 May 2012, vide invoice cum receipt No 16608329 dated 26 May 2009.For the last one month I have been ringing up the concerned servicing agency, ie Kavi Services, on Salunke Vihar Rd, all phone messages were taken yet no response of any kind, on visiting their office I am told that they are no longer the servicing agency.
How is a customer to know if such changes occur ?For the last five days enough tele calls to offices including the head office, net result, a person from PROTONS new agency arrives, sees the AMC Cert and states that he only services machines but installation is done by company reps, all along my complaint has been to reinstall.Would anyone please sort this mess out.Regards.
