I have brought a gold nova aquagourd.also got myself registered for a 2 year contract with them for free servicing and maintanance after high promises on their part of prompt attendance and efficient servicing.for which i paid another hefty amount. after 1 year it gave me the first trouble and i called their local service station.the person came to my house after 3 days and left shortly saying some circuit needs to be changed which he will do the day after. after waiting patiently the whole day in vain for him to come i again called their sevice staion but to my surprise the phone was out of order and the mobile was switched off. then i again called their local office and a lady picked it up and said since i have not given the complaint via them they can not do anything about it.to my utter shock i requested her to give me a working number of their customer service, which she promptly said was out of order...and then i lost my temper and demanded to talk to a responsible officer to which she hung up.and now here i m water less for last 4 days...god help me...i would req to all who are willing to buy an aquagourd to go thru my story and be alert of their promt service and false promises...in the mean time i can only pray to god to help me from this shrewed salesman...of aquagourd
