I had purchased a wwet and dry type vaccum cleaner about 2 years ago. Within two years time, the motor of the vaccum cleaner, the heart of vaccum cleaner, and which is supposed to work for long time, has collapsed.
Contacting the Eureka Forbes service centre itself is a hurculean task. After contacting when their representative visited, he confirmed that the motor has gone and needs replacement and I will have to pay for it. I acceptef for the same. Later neither there is the visit of technician nor any call from Eureka Forbes about state of my complaint. I even contacted their MD with rtespect to my complaint. By now, my complaint is more than one month old, and no body has bothered to come and repair my unit.
