I ordered a one time shipment of coffee in August of '09 and then one week later I received another shipment and was charged againg for it. So I promptly called them eand was told to return to sender (the unwanted shipment) and I would receive the reverse of charges within 30-60 days. I wait 60 days go by so I call them again and the man who answered the phone said that i was givin wrong information and that the correct time it will take is 30-60 buisness days. He says that there are no notes saying that I called and conformed that they did infact receive the shipment on Sept. 11th and that i was told 30-60 DAYS. I insisted that it's not my fault about the notes, that was what I was told. He asks if i remember who I talked to and I did her name is Angela. Oh he says she doesn't work here anymore. Then he assures mee that he will make sure that I get my money back withim 7-10 buisness days from that day (which was Vetran's Day). Now it's Feb. 9th and still no money and now they havent answered the phone for quite some time nor do they return any of my 6 messages. So i'm filing a complaint with the MN Atty. General. And the Better Buisness Bureau. I'm so angry.
