Purchased a portable steamer and am now attempting to return the product. I called the 800 service number but could not get through to anyone and was told, via a recording, to send an email. I sent the email and got a reply stating call the 800#. Then tried the "Live Chat" and the send function does not work., When calling the 800 # I never get a connetion, I dial number and nothing happens.
They advertise try for 60 days and return for full refund if not satisfied. I am not satisfied (whatsoever) and am trying to return product.
