Euro-Pro Operating, LLC is nothing but a scam and rip off! I really wish I would've done my research before purchasing from this infomercial. The product is crap and so is the phony customer service. I'm still dealing with there BS. I've been trying to get my $ back from this company for about 2 months now. I got tired of calling them so I filed a complaint with the better business bureau so that they can help me get a refund. The people in the customer service keep you waiting for over an hour on hold just to speak to someone and then when you get someone they're foreign and don't speak english well at all. They will tell you that they refunded your $ already and in fact they never had any intentions on refunding you at all. Then when they claim they sent you a refund, they try and make it for less than they owe you. When you try to call the phone number listed on your statement where it was charged from, the number isn't even in service! They also will debit your credit card without your permission. Someone needs to put this company out of business.
