In January 2009, we ordered a new 3-piece living room set - arm chair, loveseat, and coach - and paid in cash in full $1, 500. Furniture had to be delivered in a week on a particular date. They sent a delivery 2 days later and brought only 2 pieces - loveseat and coach - and they were either floor sample or used, with large greasy stains in several places and dirty, without appropriate packing. Delivery was not accepted and was sent back by us. THey refused to give us back any money.
Since that time we're trying to collect our money back from them through DCA and Small Claims court. We have a judgment from court, but still cannot get money back. We have all the papers - DCA complaint, receipt, judgment. Also, it seems that they use the name, which is not registered in the Division of Corporations. I strongly believe that such a store cannot be left in business.
