Depressed and low on funds after split I came across EUROPEAN ESCORTS Who go by other names also. Money seemed good and stupidy I jumped in. Same thing happened as other complaint Ive read they rushed me to pay claiming I had a booking that Sat and they needed to have "INSURANCE" paid etc what a joke then once payment was recived my client cancelled due to a crisis at work. Yeah right.
When ever I called the tone of the person on the other end had totally changed. I could only call at certian times on a very expensive number to be told I was getting a lot of interest. Well if that were true I would have bookings.
I ironically met a guy who had also just joined and although he had one booking happen had nothing after.
Within a week I contacted them over and over saying I wanted out. To be told there was no cool off period and they had spent money putting my profile up. I could have posted pics and profile too as they were just my pics and blog. They were MY emailed pics and doesnt cost to do it. No "insurance" was mentioned. Funny that.
I asked for their business no and they wouldnt give it. Saying the information was on site. But I finally got it.
Over a month later I get a very snotty message from some woman claiming that shes the manager and I never answer my phone for them to contact them. I called her back and got an awful attitude and her accusing me of threatening them. Eh yes cause I wanted refund and they ignored me so of course I will threaten to expose.
I hung up after a bit as she was being so nasty and she called back saying to give them some time. Well 6 months on still nothing. They dont even have my profile up to get any bookings when I paid for 18 months. Proof if ever it were needed that they are out to conn.
I am seeking further legal advise now about a refund. They cant claim I paid for a service that has no cool off period when THEY ARE NOT EVEN ADVERTISING ME. Nore did they make me aware of it and when I checked their small print it wasnt there either. With the legal knowledge I do have I know that wont go down well with them in a small claims court.
