Folks, you must avoid their service. It has been two months since my documents were received there for evaluation and after hours on the phone (they do not respond on e-mails, have no walk-in service or do not allow you to speak with somebody who takes care of your case)finaly I got a response- TWO months later:" Your documents are sent back for verification." I should've got this answer within 7 days after receiving the documents.
Also, they were not able tell me to what e-mail in my uneversity they sent this request and the fax number they sent the copies of the documents was wrong. I had to find the correct e- mail and fax number of International relations in my university and I sent it to WES. I did their job and I paid for it. Still waiting. BTW my university has an option to check online if a student has graduated successfuly from there. Also, one phone call would be enough for verificaton!!!
So I am still waiting!
If you have a chance never use their service!!!
