The ad title read: "A mom's trick to white teeth" on msnbc, and CNN. I was skeptical at first, but it made for a convincing case. It made it seem like all you had to do was pay for a small shipping fee of 5 dollars or so. NOPE. I read the terms in conditions after buying it, and it said after 10 days of your free trial you can cancel at anytime. I didn't get the package until 3 weeks later, and thought Id cancel the day I got it (innocently thinking the trial period would start when I got it). NOPE. It started as soon as it processed to ship away. This was not clear enough to me, and now Ill have a charge on my credit card of $158.00. I was getting it out of the intention to save some money, being a student and all, and now Im out a $158. I'm not impressed at all, and quite frankly I dont think a week supply of whitening product is worth it. Seeing as I feel cheated, and lied to, I dont even trust it to try it on my teeth. And after reading the terms and conditions even more thoroughly, it sounds like I might not want to, as they are not liable for any damages that might happen as a result of the product. Yay. And unfortunately, now that they have my visa information, there is no way I can stop the processing fee. Visa is unfortunately the only guaranteed form of payment. The only thing I can do now, is hold onto the cancellation number I was given upon canceling my subscription, along with the date, and after confirming that no other transactions will be taken from my account with the company, keep tabs on whether they keep on taking money out or not. Apparently they're known for doing that too. So beware!
