Unauthorized money taken from checking account!
Ever Card took 54.95 out of my checking account which I did not authorize. Now my account is in the Negitive and I can't get the bank to refund my money, because I can't get a cancellation report from Ever Card and I don't know what to do or how to get my money back. It has caused hardship to myself and my family.
Beware people!

Unauthorized ACH!
I am filing a complaint pertaining to an unauthorized ACH from my checking account. This is the second time this company or who ever has taken funds from my account. The first one was in the amount of $49.95 and this time the amount is for $54.95. This needs to stop at once!!! I cannot afford for my bank to be paying unauthorized amounts going through my account. This transaction required no signature and I need my money refunded to my account at once!! I am already trying to see how me and my daughter will eat the rest of this month, and now I have this sh -- !! to worry about... Please stop this company from doing this to so many people... It is a total scam and somebody needs to go to jail for doing this!!! I am one pissed of person right now because I haven't the funds to be played with this way!!! Please tell what can be done now to get the funds back now smb!!

Debit money out of my account without my permission
This company has debited my out of my checking account without my permission giving me this lame excuse that I must have hit a button by accident when I know "Damn well that I have hit nothing. I want my $54.95 put back into my account I also feel that company's like this should be punished for easing money out people like this. I am a mother of 5 kids and need all my money and some. I innocently applied for a payday loan for a small loan and got this bull crap.

Unauthorized funds taken from my checking account
I also was a victim of this scam they took $49.95 from my account without my permission.. then the phone # they have is just a recording you can not talk to a live person. Something has to be done, I see all the others that have been scammed from this company. Did anyone ever get their money back?

Unauthorized withdraw from my bank account
On 5/10/07 Ever Card withdrew $49.95 from my checking account causing overdraft fees and causing me to have a negative balance. This deduction was unauthorized.
