I went to pay my mortgage as I always do on the web site, It had changed a bit not a great deal. I put in my info and hit submit it came back at error cannot process try again after 5 p.m. I did this and it took my payment. The problem is that it apparently also took my 1st payment. This caused me to overdraft on my bank account by $581.00 which I am in the hole now. I called the mortgage company who informed me that I would have to fax the paperwork to the research department. I did this the very next morning. I called and they say it is at the research department. They told my husband and resolution in 11 days they tell me 5 days Ha Ha. I called yesterday and they told me that they have up to 30 days to respond. I am at my wits end with them. I talked to a young lady on the phone and ask her to make sure that the conversation was recorded I ask her why it takes them 30 days to resolve the issue when it only took them one day to completely put me in a financial downfall again she repeated that they have up to 30 days to respond. Where do I go from here and can I get my overdraft fees back. HELP
