Ever Private card drafted my account twice for 49.95 causing my bank account to be overdrawn 880.45. I cannot get a live person to talk to and they have not responded to my email. I am devastated, being a single mom with 2 children. What does it take to get this straightened out? If you cant talk to a live person at a place of business something is definitely wrong. Hopefully my bank can do something about this.

While reviewing my checking account online there was a check numbered 9999 that cleared my account. This was neither initiated nor authorized by me. When I called the number listed on the check they told me they only issue refunds by checks in the mail and only through their website. This has caused great grief as it has caused an overdraft on my bank account. I see that there has been 57 other complaints about exactly the same issue.

There should be laws protecting law abiding working citizens against this sort of thing.

I checked my bank statement when i found that people take 49.95 from my account without my permission my bank give to me (1-866-379-5984) and i called, i was given this website (www.quickcards services.com) NO CLUE. I report to my bank THIS IS FRAUD. I WANT MY MONEY my account is negative now... Also i really think it unfair to consumer that try to get in contact with this company that you guy's have no 800# to reach someone in person to discuss this matter with direct. I really think the better business company needs to know this.

Well i too have been a victim of this crazy scam and from another complaint site i have found the owners email address. the number they provide to call is in Canada, the 1-866 number is located in California. Now here are the two ways to contact them:

I have already emailed them and have gotten a response it took them 24 hours to respond.. Oh but there is one more thing.. Do it from another email address cause i think they actually do block your email once you do a request for a refund from there site.. Cause i sent an email from that as well and haven't gotten a response.. But got the response on my other acct..

They told me i should receive my refund.. But i guess i'll just have to wait and see.. But i will keep this site posted on whether i do or not.

They hit my account on 18 May 2007 without my authorization or knowledge. I looked up their website and found out they were selling some sort of pre-paid virtual credit card.

I made out a police report for fraud and went to my Federal Credit Union with the report. They will be doing their own investigation as well as the police department.

In the meantime, I contacted this fraudulent company by email on their 'so-called' refund website and got the run-around about how they advertise on other websites and that the only way they could have gotten my personal information is if I gave permission for them to have it from the website that they attached themselves to. At the time, I was applying for an online payday loan and I never gave this company authorization to take my money for a product that I don't want.

I emailed them nasty letters at least 10 times to give me a refund and each time, I got the run-around. After reading other complaints where Ever Private Card made multiple withdrawals from some people's accounts, I closed mine. This is obviously a fraudulent company. (Definitely not legitimate!)

Beware of payday loan websites because when you apply, you give your banking information, and God only knows who else has access to it. Apparently, Ever Private Card has attached itself to payday loan websites. But since payday loan solicitors have as many as 30 or more companies that they send your information to, you never really know who is actually going to give you the loan in the end. In the meantime, your information is out there.
