Unauthorized debiting of checking account
My account was debited twice for 49.95. This has now thrown me into financial chaos because I had other payment coming through my account. I have other obligations to meet. I did authorize this company to do such a thing. I'm going to submit this to the CBS evening news.

Get your money back
I too was a victim of ever private card. They withdrew the 49.95 from my account as electronic check # 9999. I disputed the charge with my bank and they gave me this website to go to: www.everprivatecardservice.com.
If you request a refund on that site they will send you a refund check in 10 business days. My bank reversed all overdraft fees i incurred because of this.

They are thiefs
As the story is all the same they cost me 57.00 dollars in NSF fees. They went in my bank account on April 20 2007 and then again 2 days later. Thank God for good banks. I put a stop on them entering my account cost me 18.00 as well.
The bad news is these thiefs have our bank account numbers, my questions is how do we stop them, and who has authority over this web scam, to stop them?
Help us Please this is the great united states of America. It's embarrassing to say anyone can do this to us!

You have to a pest to get your money back
I read the messages on the complaint board about everprivatecard. I thought I was the only one. They also withdrew the money from my account as an electronic check # 9999 for 49.95 on 4/20/07. My bank credited the overdraft fees but would not file a dispute on the charge stating that it is valid. I applied for a cash advance and apparently there is a disclaimer in fine print allowing them to release your bank info to other companies. Thats how everprivatecard got into my acct to charge me, and my bank is saying i must contact everprivate to request a refund (everprivatecardserives.com). You can call 1-866-379-5984(thats the # my bank gave me) or514-868-2092. I reported this to the ftc as well as writing a letter to the state attorney of california. (They are located in SAN CLEMENTE, CA). You have to basically be a pest in order to get your money back, i am still working on getting mine back. If anyone has gotten there money back e-mail me and let me know.

Fraudulently completed an ach transaction
This company stole 49.99 from my checking account with M and T bank. They used a 9999 check and fraudulently completed an ach transaction for the 49.99. I have filed complaints with both the federal reserve commission as well as the BBB. i have also launched an investigation through my bank and sought legal council. This company must be dissolved and the leaders must be arrested. Please continue to complain and file reports. As a group the feds. are more apt to really look into this company and shut it down.

Money taken for never requested card or service
I never requested any card or service from this company and they withdrew $49.95 from my account. I have tried their 866-379-5984 number and you only get a recording. When I tried again today, it is a changed recording to go to their website to submit a refund request, but of course, that website does not come up and is inaccessible. I have written a letter also to their San Celmente address with no response to date. They should be put out of business and I don't know what to do to get my money back, especially when it is needed now. Whenever I am online and other boxes pop up, I always check NO but nevertheless somehow this company got my bank account number and took what they wanted without any authorization and now can't follow up with them for refund. They need to be put out of business by proper authorities!
