This company called Ever Private electronically withdrew $49.95 out of my banking account without my authorization. I have been fussing with the company about a refund for over a month now. The company said that my refund was processed on August 6, 2007 and to give it 10 days to get to my house. Today's date is August 30, 2007 and I have yet to receive a check. They don't have a number so I can't call. All I can do is send a message but they have stopped replying. What can I do?

I was told I would get some information about 1 week in advance before they took the money at of my account. I could cancel and no money would ever be taken out. I never got any info and they took 49.95 out of my account. I can not talk to anyone in the company. Help me get a refund.

This company debit my account using a bogus account number. I don't even know how they got my account information.

The best and FASTEST way to request a refund is to simply SEND AN EMAIL to [email protected] , again that is an EMAIL, NOT a Web site address. Provide your name and mailing address. Emails to that address are processed within 24 hours and result in an email back confirming the refund and showing the original transaction.
