Stay away from this company! I ordered a "free trial" of their Everbright teeth whitener and got caught in their never ending fine print disclaimers. Their website advertises a free 14 day trial for a low $3.95 shipping charge. They send it to you without any type of comany communication (like return information, customer service number, etc.) and obviously they do that for a reason. If you don't cancel the "free trial" within 10 days, they charge you $89.00. Once I received my credit card bill, I had to go on-line and search for a phone number to call the company. I was told that it was my fault I had not cancelled within the 10 days and if I wanted a refund, I could send the product back. Here's the catch - they don't give a full refund, they charge a $45.oo re-stock fee. WOW! I can pay them $3.95 to ship a "free" product to me and then pay them $41.00 plus shipping again to send it back. Of course, none of this is published in their 5 page 'conditions disclaimer'. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, a very rude person named Stanley Parker told me I didn't have a choice and hung up on me.

Very Deceptive Advertising. A $4.98 purchase price, including delivery charge for a teeth whiting kit, turns in 10 days into a $158.27 non-refundable charge on my credit card. Very deceptive in their announcement advertisment on the web. When you call to question these charges, they are extremely rude, not helpful, and refuse to return your $158.27. They get you up-front by saying you qualify for a free-trail, then they whack you by a clicking onto a very small T&C's buried at the bottom of their ad. Shame on me, but never again! My bank has filed for me a transaction dispute for non-receipt of goods/services. Closed my bank credit card, they won't get me a second time here! Hopefully my bank will prevail here!
