overcharging, scam
everbrigthsmiles company is one of the most biggest credit cards scam in USA. The free trial products, they deliver it after 10 days. They charged you right away after 11 days, you haven't receive the free trial kit. That $160 US is non refundable even if u return the products unused. People who has aproblem with your teeth, just go to your dentist. Don't believe on this kind of scam.

Scam
I am from Northern Ireland and have just been caught out by the e. verbright scam. I replied to their advertisement regarding a free sample to get teeth whitened. I paid my money for the postal charge but only received 1 item and not the 2 which was needed. I forgot all about this as my granny took very ill and unfortunately died. I have just received my credit card bill from "Tesco Mastercard and noticed 3 seperate payments that I did not authorise.One payment was £59.89, 2nd for £16.63 and the last one is £155.36 which all comes to £231.88. I immediately contacted Tescos on fraudulent claims which the lady explained that because I orginally purchased the "free sample" and did not read fully their advertisement I have no comeback. I am really angry as I am disabled and have now lost over £200 for a service that I did not receive. If you can help me regarding this matter so that I can get my money refunded I would be extremely grateful. Thanks

nonrefundable charge after introductory offer
I ordered a trial package for $.99 on Dec. 23, Introductory offer for 10 days. I tried to cancel on Dec. 31, but got a recording that office hours were only Monday-Friday. Dec. 31 was a Friday. They were apparently not taking calls on New Year's Eve. Holidays and weekends were apparently counted in the 10 day period! I did not receive the product in time to try it. I called on Monday morning, Jan. 3 and did talk to a representative. She told me that I had called past the 10 day offer deadline, but there would be no further charges and that I did not need to send the product back as directed in the agreement. When I told her that I had tried to call, but the offices were closed, she said I should have tried on an earlier date!
Now I find that my bank card has been charged 158.27! I do not want this product or the bill for 158.27. Please help!

unauthorized charge
False advertising. Cancelled subscrition, after a ridiculous charge was on my statement. It would be cheaper to go to the dentist. This company would not refund my unused portion. Simply a fraudulent company that should feel embarassed that it scams the public. My only hope is that the owner would find God, and turn his life around.

taking money unauthorised
I entered a free 30 day trial for a whitening program and agreed to pay 7.95 p&p. I have not received the parcel but have been charged 7.95 and so far 30.23 on the same day. I have tried to ring the number on my card statement but cant get through to speak to anyone. After looking on the internet i have found that this company is a scam, im awaiting news from my credit card company after informing them about this and hopefully get a refund
