Cancellation de commande
Veuillez canceller la commande # 1066867 faite via le site internet en date du 24-02-2010 pour l'adresse de courriel [email protected]
Comme je n'ai jamais recu le produit pour l'essai gratuit et qu'une charge de $87.47 us a été prise sur ma carte de crédit AVANT la fin de ma période d'essai de 10 jours soit la 8è journée ( 8-3-2010) les termes n'ont pas été respectés et le paiement n'était pas autorizé.
J'ai tenté à maintes reprises de joindre la compagnie pour annuler le tout. Finalement le 8-3-2010 j'ai parlé à une dame qui a refusé de canceller ma souscription. J'ai retéléphoné et parlé à Ron Mills qui me demandait de retourner le produit et APRES qu'ils l'aie recu je dois rappeler pour effectuer la cancellation. Je ne peux pas retourner un produit que je n'ai jamais recu...donc comment annuler ?
Ceci est donc une annulation officielle de la commande. Veuillez m'envoyer un courriel de confirmation d'annulation avec la mention qu'aucune autre charge ne sera prélevée de ma carte de crédit et qu'un remboursement sera effectué dans le plus bref délai.

Fraud
I ordered 2 different free samples after reading an artile on msnbc that offered to brighten teeth for pennies on the dollar, helping to save money for people living on a budget wanting to whiten teeth. I authorized a total of $3.87 to EverBrite Smile, and $0.99 to Celebrity White teeth. I have been charged 9 times total.
I ordered products 2/19/2010,
charged $.01, $.99 on 2/22/2010 by HEALTHBILLSCS.COM.
I was also charged $.03, $3.87 by SII*ONLNORDR8776833030 on 2/22/2010.
On 3/2/2010 I was charged $.70 and $87.47 by SII*ONLNORDR8776833080.
On 3/8/2010 I was charged $40.00 by IBUILDWEALTH
On 3/9/2010 I was charged $1.20, $149.95 by CELEBWHITECS.COM
I got the phone numbers to all 3 of these companies off my bank statement. When I called to dispute charges I was given the run around and lied to. Everbrite Smile promised me that my membership was cancelled (which I never signed up for in the first place) Promised me I was never charged more then $3.87 for the s/h of the free sample. ALL LIES!!
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!! They are working with sister companies and will rob you blind.
I found them out because I never recieved my order(s) and called to check on them.
By the time I got to my bank on the morning of 3/9/2010 my total charges by these 3 companies (EverBrite Smile, Celebrity White Smile, & Debt2WealthClub aka IBUILDWEALTH) was $284.22. Luckily my bank is awesome and we are filing numerous fraud complaints, we filed a report with our local police department, the B.B.B., The F.B.I. Internet Fraud Division, and next I will report to My State Attorney general.

Unauthorised payment taken from my Debit card
This company were offering a special deal@£2.40. It was detailed on Martin Lewis' site via GMTV It was a promotional offer along with another called Clean White and was afree offer all I had to pay was £3, 99 p&p. This product arrived very quickly, but the everbrite Smile has not arrived, although the payment of £2, 40 was deducted in February. However, I now notice in my bank statement that a further payment has been taken from my account at a cost of £60.07.this has not been authorised by me.

Teeth Whiting
I agree with everything that has been written. I have called on Feb. 24 and 25, 2010, to cancel the order I placed on Feb. 2o, 2010. I am still not sure the order has been canceled. The representative could not give me cancellation number. Jon Garcia said I should receive an email. As of this writing I have not received the product or the email cancellation confirmation.

Never received trial or 2nd order
Ordered trial on Feb.2nd. By Feb 16th had not received the trial so i called and spoke with a foreign speaking person who i could hardly understand and was told my visa had been charged for $89.????? Was also told i would have by Friday, Feb 19th. It is now Feb. 23 and have nothing. Cannot get through by phone this time. I am calling and disputing charge on my VISA.

Charged credit card, no product
Learned lesson hard way to never trust trial periods anymore no matter what the product is. Everbrite Smile charged my card 10 days $87.47 to my account, the trial was to last 14 days. Took 2 phone calls and 20 minutes of complaining to the company to finally get them to reimburse my money. I was not only upset that they charged my card before my trial period ended but I never got the product plus they wouldn't answer questions I was asking them...I noticed on everyone else complaints that they are the same problem. I will look for my refund within 10 - 15 business days, hopefully I am done dealing with this company! Major fraud!

False anversitement/Fraud
I placed an order on 2/03/2010, my checking account was charged on 2/05/2010 in the amount of $3.87 for shipping and handling plus a separate International charge of $.12. I placed a call to 1-877-683-3080 on 2/19/2010 asking about my trial offer product I had not received as of yet (and still haven't). They started talking about a monthly agreement order that I was unaware of and I told them to cancel it at that time. They tried to get me to go to their website (this one I think) and do the cancellation myself but I had trouble getting here and was told they would take care of it on their end. I was speaking with a representative by the name of "Cindy Blair", and I asked for a cancellation #, and was told they don't give cancellation #'s. I felt my monthly order was cancelled and that I would still be getting my trial product. Not the case! I was checking my account today 2/22/2010 and found that I was charged $39.95 for their product. I called 1-877-683-3080 to discuss the matter again. I was on the phone 48.07 minutes with a representative by the name of "Zack" who explained over and over again that if he cancelled my order to refund my $39.95 that he would be canceling my order for the trail offer as well, since they only have one system. After asking to speak with a manager (first come first served basis) I was eighth (8th) in line to speak to him and only sixth (6th) by the time I gave up and ended my call. Thank GOD! I was only charged the $39.95 price. Zack assured me that "the charge was only pending and had not actually gone trough yet". He told me that he could "cancel it and it would disappear from the charge status in my checking account". I was also told "We will refund your shipping and handling charges since you have not received your trial product and there is no tracking number indicating that the product has not been shipped. That canceling your monthly order would also be canceling your trial offer being we only have one system". I have contacted my bank and they are canceling it on our end as well, by way of disputing the charges, both the original $3.87, $.12, (totaling $3.99) CH1409478 and the $39.95 CG1409474 charges. unathorized charge
i ordered the free trial, they charged me for shipping which is fine but 4 days after placing the order for the free trial i called to cancel per instructions of the web site. they said to not be automatically en-rolled in program you had to cancel within 10 days. i called to cancel and the guy would not let me cancel. i told him i did not want to be charged or en-rolled in anything and he said he understood that but was going to extend the free trial till march 2 and if i still did not want to be en-rolled, to call back then. i repeatedly told him to not en-roll me, that i wanted to cancel and he would not cancel me so i said i would call back in 2 days to cancel again and he said fine. i checked my bank statement 2 days later and they had charged me 87.87. i do not know why. i have spent all morning trying to get a hold of them and they are not answering the phone. i am so mad

Fraud
I ordered the trial product, and started trying to call and cancel on day 3 after the order because I saw the additional charges I would be charged each month. My credit card was charged the $87. on day 7 of the 10 day trial period and have never received the sample. If you call the customer service number on their website, you will NOT get an answer - but if you call 1-866-556-6914 and hold for about 20 minutes, you may get an answer. They will pretend they can't hear you, or understand what you are saying. If you reply "Let me inform you that I am taping this conversation to give to my attorney". Suddenly the lady was able to understand EVERYTHING I said from that point on! They will TRY everything to get you to keep it - just keep saying - NO - I want to cancel and get a refund on my credit card. She will not give you a confirmation number, but you are supposed to get notified by email within 24 hours. Make sure you get the person's name you talked to!!! I am supposed to get a refund on my card within 14 days - I'll be watching!!!
