I ordered the product on 4/06/2010 & when I checked my bank balance on the 4/14/2010 they had taken $87.47 out of my account 2 days before the trial period was up! I hadn't received the product yet!
When I tried to call customer service I was given the run around like you''d never believe. First it took me 30 min. to get through to customer service. They were clearly reading from a script and when I asked for a supervisor I was told that I was talking to the person in charge. When I threatened to call the district attorney I was hung up on. This cat and mouse game went on from 11am to 2:30 pm. I was finally told by a "supervisor" that I was in my trial period and would get a credit back to my account in 7-10 business days. that was 18 days ago and I have not received a refund yet! I am on the phone trying to contact customer service as we speak. I did receive the product finally on the 19th day after ordering it.
