On several occasssion I have taken my Kia Sorento truck in for service. This particular dealership is not woman friendly. I brought my truck in for a recall and when I left the dealership I was having the same problem. Once I spoke with Robert (16) he told me that this problem didn't have anything to do with the recall. The recall dated May27, 2008 states that this is part of the problem which is abnormal engine noise and vibration. I am very disatisfied with Evergreen Kia.
