We had a memorial service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens May 2, 2009 at 3:00 PM, The main floral arrangement intended to be placed by my fathers urn was delivered to the facility around 1:00. Their was a prior service for another family that began at 12:30 and Evergreen did not secure our flowers upon arrival allowing the prior family to take our flowers home with them. We did not get to use our flowers and Evergreen took no responsibility for their screw up. They messed up on other things including turning up the lights during our emotional slide tribute. I will be filing a small claims against them for the flowers fpr principal of the matter. They can not be trusted on your family's most cherished day nor do they care about their own integrity. I guess they don't think we will press over such a small amount of $350.00.
