RIP-OFF OF BANKFUNDS
T HIS COMPANY WENT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND TOOK 200.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT.I FILLED OUT AN APPLICATION FOR A CREDIT CARD, UNAWARE, THIS COMPANY HAD THE LEGAL RIGHT????? TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.IS THIS LEGAL??IF I WENT INTO YOUR BANKACCOUNT AND WITHDREW MONEY I WOULD BE ARRESTED. WHAT GIVES THESE SO-CALLED COMPANYS THE RIGHT TO KEEP ON SCREWING US...I THINK ITS ABOUT TIME THESE CO. WERE BROUGHT TO COURT AND MADE TO PAYBACK US..THE TRUSTING CONSUMERS.. I HAVE REPORTED THIS CO. AND I HOPE YOU ALL DO TO..DONT BE A VICTIM OF SOME GET RICH QUICK, , , PHONY COMPANY AGAIN.MAD AS HELL IN MASS.

Unauthorized charge!
I contact the State of California, Public Inquiry Unit and received a response back saying they would investigate. I then received a copy of a letter from the State of California that they had received from EverPrivate. The guys name at EverPrivate that said he would refund my money (after a check they sent me was not honored) is:

It's been 2 months and no refund!
Has anyone heard anything recently about EverPrivate Card? I have been waiting for my refund for 2 months! They said it would be mailed. After the 10 days were up, I started getting very upset and I was told they would send me my refund by paypal. NEVER HAPPENED! As of now I am cutting my losses, but I hope that their actions are finally catching up to them and they are sitting in jail.

Refund never received
My refund was suppose to be processed on 8/8/07 they said it could take up to 10 to 14 days to receive the refund by mail.
Today is 9/20/07 and still no refund. I never received the credit card either.

Have not refunded money!
The company uses unlawful tactics in luring potential customers. I requested a refund on August 16 and to this date have not received it. Please beware of companies as such and definitely look out for this one... I think I am going to have our business attorney contact them if not resolved by the end of the week...

I didn't order the EverPrivate card and they took $49.95 out of my account about 3 weeks ago
I applied for a loan online and this company took $49.95 out of my account. This did not happen once, this happened twice. I'm still waiting for my refund check. How are they going to charge a person for a card when you went to another person for a loan, and then dont even send the info about the card. Do what you gotta do to shut this site down.

Refund my 54.95 plus 24.00 overdraft fees!
This company was supposed to send my refund because the button was wrongly pushed and i need my funds back into my act. I am not pleased with this company.

Unable to refund my money
I dont care how you try to contact this company, you will never get a live person or a response. I have done everything they tell you to via the web site and phone numbers. Been waiting an month and still no refund or response, after 4 attempt tp contact this company. They took 54.95 from my checking account that sent my account into overdraft. I called the 866-379-5984 which said to all 514-868-2092 only to get a recording that EverPrivate is no longer a company. I think there needs to be a class action suite by all the people they scammed.

Look before you click!
This company gets your info from payday loan or fast cash online companies and charges your account. Please look before you click! they got me for $54.95 and overdraft charges. The phone number is a fake and gives you a recording that is changed every time you call it. I did a reverse phone directory on it and it is out of montreal quebec in canada. Lets work together and stop them. I made a complaint with the better business bureau and am continuing to get the word out. They are a scam. It is unreal the amount of people they have gotten already!

No funds returned as promised
They promised to return the funds by check within 10 days it is now 20 days later and I have not received a penny back the best corse of action is to close you account and go through the better business bureau. Even if I dont get my money back maybe we could stop this from happening to someone else.
