Credit Card Scam
My story is pretty similar to all of the other people that have submitted complaints. I applied for a payday loan and this company debited 49.95 from my account. I called the customer service number given and was told by one of their representatives that if I contacted them by email and begged for my money back that they may return it to. Are these people crazy, they stole my money out of my account and have the audacity to tell me to beg for my money back. There has to be something done about this company. I am in the process of trying to get an investigative report done on this company. This is just ridiculous.

Took money without permission
I didn't even know what everprivate was they took money out of my account without me knowing and when I tried to get the so called virtual card it could not go to the page

Unauthorized withdrawal from bank account
This company withdrew $49.95 from my back account without my knowledge or permission. When I called to complain I got a recording directing me to a web site that does not exist, I was also given a phone number to call that has been busy for 24 hours.

Overdrawn bank account
The company stated above withdrew $49.99 from my checking account without authorization. Do to these unpresidented actions my account overdrew and a NSF was charged to my account of $35.00. I've contacted my bank and I have disputed the charges and was told by the bank to request from your company to have these amounts repaid to my account.

Unauthorized charges
We had also applied for a payday loan and next thing we know our checking account is overdrawn because this two companies are taking money out of our account. We did not apply for these card nor ever heard from them.

Drafted unauthorized money from my checking account
There is a $49.95 draft from a company called everprivate on my statement using check #000009999. I never agreed to this, nor do I know who they are!
