Took 49.95 from my checking account. Then agreed to pay it back and never did!

Refund
I have emailed these people several times asking for my refund that should have been processed in 7-10 days since August8th and I have not received my refund of 49.95 I will now proceed to the next step and take them to court this is not acceptable.

Money taken out of account!
On approximately August 3, 2007 EverPrivate Card took money out of my account in the amount of 54.95. When I contacted them they sent me an e-mail stating that they mailed my refund on August 10, 2007, as of yet I have received nothing.
They are a fraud and full of 'do-do'. They had no business taking my money.

Stealing information to collect money
I live on an tight budget, and couldn't understand why this check came out of my account. I can't reach them by phone, and they caused my account to be overdrawn. These people are predators. Besides this, they are committing several crimes. They are embezzlers of the worst kind, preying on people with very limited funds. They are doing the equivalent to identity theft, by stealing information to collect money.

Cause my checks to bounce
Don't know anything about this company. Never would authorize this without my signature. I cannot have a card. This company went inside my account causing my checks to bounce. This company has cause me to pay the bank back 254.00 dollars.

Be cautious when giving out bank information online!
I never signed up for everprivatecard. I denied the offer online however, a few days later $49.95 was debited from my checking account. I tried to get a refund numerous times, but no one responded. This was back in May and I still do not know if I will ever be refunded the money. Everprivatecard has a website that is no longer available. Be aware of this type of fraud. I am still being debited $9.95 each month which is somehow related to this card. I have had to change banking accounts and have had to pay numerous bank fees related to research on this one company. Please be cautious when giving out bank information online.

Account charged, no refund received
I told this company to refund my checking act plus overdraft fees of 54.95 plus 30.00 did not want this card and they did not refund my checking act. These people should be reported to the bbb bureau for their actions.

Deducted unauthorized monies from my account!
Someone needs to close down this web site for Ever Private Card. How they got my checking account number is unknown to me, as I have never ever visited their site. They deducted $54.95 from my checking account. Makes me think internet is not the way to pay your bills.

Unauthorized charges!
I was on line doing something when this ad pop up I tried to delete the pop up some kind of way i order a prepaid card my account was charge 55.95 i was hit with a overdraft fee of 35.00 plus other fee because of it i request a refund but haven't receive any thing what can i do.
Please advise smb!

Unauthorized charges
This company has taken funds from my account on two separate occassions without my authorization. I have tried to contact this company and have had no luck other than this complaint board website. Whoever this company is they are a FRAUD!!! I have not been there only victim by the looks of this complaint board. These charges were made fraudulently without my permission.
