I am a victim of this company too. They tried to say that I clicked yes on prepaid Visa card and that's how I signed up for their services. They said they help protect your info from fraud when they are the fraudulent company. I do not need a prepaid Visa and told them they better put my money back in my account, we will see if that happens!

I just checked my account and realized the account was over drawn by ever private card for $49.95. I never authorized everprivate card to take any money from my account. This company is a fraud and should be charged. All the monies and fees should be refunded and the company put out of business.

This company Everprivate Card got my information when I applied for credit card and have tried to get 49.95 out of my account four or five times, each time causing a 33.00 NSF charge to occur. With my bank there is a 33.00 charge every time a NSF charge and 2.00 for everyday the account is overdrawn. I have been going back and forth with this company since May. I filled out the refund form and nothing has happened. They say they will refund charges that were caused by them, but they are only talking about the 49.95 which they never got out of my account, not the NSF fees which is my problem, they caused the problem of my account being overdrawn not me and they need to fix the problem, I never authorized this company to do anything with my name or information. I read on another site that the CEO of this company is a man by the name of Jerry Kline, but I still haven't found out where this company is. I need help. I have vowed to file a complaint with the State Attorney's office until they are stopped.
