Refusal to give refund
Hello,
I contacted this company to issue a refund because it was not something I had ordered or wanted. They had debited my account for $49.99. I notified them the DAY they took out the funds. There was no live person to talk to on their phone number. It was a recording. I was referred to their online service and they said that I had to submit a request for a refund which would take about 10 days. After a series of communication online, they said that they had processed the refund. It never showed up. I contacted them repeatedly to settle this matter. They said that I would be notified when the refund was sent. I never got a refund and their site went down shortly after. I don't know how they got my information to debit my account in the first place. It may not seem much, almost $50, but that is how many times how many they have done this to? Is there any justice in the world for online interactions like this? thanks, Lisa

Unauthored charges to checking acct!
Was looking over my bank account when i came across this charge of $ 49.95 that i did not authorized. Called the number beside the transaction got a message to go to this website and and make a complaint of unauthorized charge.

Unauthorized bank transaction
I was checking out online cash loans to help for a financial hardship that I'm in. I am positive that I never authorized any transactions for any type of card to buy stuff. I have one of those it's called a debit card, but apparently this fraudulent company appears to be getting away with this because I am not the only one this has happened to. I will certainly be taking the necessary action to right this problem and ensure that privacy is protected and no other companies take 54.95 out my account to totally place hard working people in difficult financial positions. I cannot even begin to explain how angry I am!

Unauthorized charges!
First of all I don't know who this company is, they have taken money from my account. The customer service number on the check is disconnected. I checked my e-mail there's no information from this company. I did apply for a pay day loan but not from this company. I have never heard of this company, until I checked my account today.

Unauthorized charges!
I was looking for a loan. I saw the ad for the card, but declined the offer. Two days later I see my account debited for the card. Now I'm mad as hell. I am now trying to get my money back. They are a scam. Beware of them.

Unauthorized charges
I work @ a financial institution, and check my account very often. When I looked into my account one day & saw a withdrawal of $49.95 I was wondering where & who is taking my money without my permission. I was very upset & had to close my account because of this. I would like to know if there is anyone that I can contact in person for this credit back? The unauthorized withdrawal came from some web site called everprivatecard.com.

Money out of my account
MY story is like everyone else's this company took $54.95 out of my account and i got overdraft charges i should not have. Does anyone have or has anyone gotten legal advise.

Unauthorized account charges!
I applied for a payday loan online and next thing I know there is a check drawn on my account for $54.05, for what? I don't know but i would like someone to tell me how I am supposed to retrieve my money from these fools, or who are they, even, I am even more in debt than i was before i applied for the payday loan, so you know it has to be a scam, right. Someone has to stop these people or animals who prey on us people that are just trying to survive.

Debited my checking acc!
I applied for on-line loan and clearly marked that I did not want any on-line promotional offers yet this company debited my check account 3 times for $49.95 each causing my checking account to overdraw. I have been having bad luck getting a hold of them and when I did finally get a person on the phone they said they would have some one contact me within 24 hours. I don't count on anyone getting back to me or getting my money back. I am contacting the FBI, Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.

Unauthorized access to my account!
I was on internet attempting to get a payday loan. Next day I went to bank payday loan had been deposited and a charge for $49.95 was being debited from my bank account by everprivatecard.com. I never agreed to this charge!
