They debit my account without consent!
I received a call from this company, because I wanted a payday loan. They must have been a popup. I told them that I was not interested. But my checking account was debited anyway. Now because of this I have returned check fees on checks that I did issue. I need help getting my money back. I have bills due now, that I am afraid will bounce as well.
Respectfully, Vanessa Cotterill.

Unauthorized bank access
I have no idea what these people even sell. Imagine my surprise when $49.95 was deducted from my bank account. I have submitted a refund request but of course have yet to receive anything. The 800 number they have is totally useless. Then they make you incur long distance charges to speak with a human that can provide absolutely no help whatsoever. I think everyone who has encountered this should complain to the Better Business Bureau. I know I am. The con artists.

Fraudulent debit from checking account
I applied for loan and Everprivatecard.com fraudulently deducted $ from my checking account which caused insufficient fund fees to be charged as well. After threatening them with legal action, they did refund their amount for their card, but refused to refund me the amount of the insufficient fund fees. I'm still working on them for that amount. My advice is to be very persistent about refunding their card fee - threaten with legal action - whatever it takes. The company knows they are committing internet fraud and will refund the money by check.

They hit my account again!
This company everprivatecard.com claims I signed up for their services through a payday loan company. I did not sign up for them. They tried twice to take out $54.95 from my wachovia bank account and because the funds were not available the bank hit me with two NSF charges that totaled $70.00. When I talk to the bank they told me they couldn't do anything about it. So these idiots will keep hitting my account until they get my money. I am going to have to close my checking account because of this now. I tried going on to the everprivatecard.com website and put in a refund request getting a ticket no etc. They sent me an email claiming I signed up etc etc. I told them in the ticket I submitted to stop taking money out of my account. That was a week ago and yesterday they hit my account again.

Unauthorized debit by EverPrivateCard!
This company took 49.95 out of my account without my permission. I have contacted them by email letting them know that if the money is not in my account by 9am on 5/17/07 that I will contact my local police department. I'm not sure how they got my account number but somehow they did. Then I called the number my bank gave me and of course it doesn't work. I did get a number from one of the complaints I read and got another number. That number is 514-868-2092. I will be calling them and getting my money back.

Scam artists!
This is just out right terrible. It's a shame that it's a**holes who can't make money legally they have to go after people who actually work for a living. This man jerry klein will get what's due to him. Have fun now but when you get caught i hope they throw the book at your a**. I never gave authorization to charge 49.95 to my account. Because of snakes like jerry i closed my account and write checks to everyone. I don't apply for anything on line. People please beware of this scam. Fifty dollars may not seem alot , but it's your money and he has no right to steal.
