Unauthorized charge!
Twice everprivatecard services has went in to my checking account and took out 54.00 and left me overdrawn and for me to pay the fees. They never sent me a check back like they said they would i have a letter from them stating that i would get my refund in 7-14 days and never did, is there any thing i can do to get this money back. They are a scam artist taking peoples money there should be something we can do about them. I tried to call them the recording says the card is not available at this time.
Beware people!

Withdrew money from checking without permission
Applied for loan online only signed one agreement and that site turned me down never heard of this sight until my bank sent me ach check at my request that showed the withdrawals fictitious check number 999

Drawing unauthorized money from my account
I don't know how long they have been doing this but I caught it last month and changed my account to another bank and now this month they have my new acc. number. How are they able to do this, I live on a fixed income I can not afford to have this money taken from my checking acc. It always bounces and then the bank charges 20.00 and it causes me to have an overdraft.

Stole money without authorization!
I don't know how they are have no clue they just took $49.95 out of my account. How can they do this and what is it for?? Somebody tell us something if u know how to get the money back. I'll be going to the law, also i don't know if that will help but I'll try. They also tell u to go to this web site and it don't do no good they don't give u a number or nothing!!!

Unauthorized debits from my checking account!
I went online on july 4th 2007, looking to apply for a payday loan that would get me through until my next payperiod. I checked my account to see if i had received the loan and i did along with a charge for $159.95 for a virtual credit card and another charge for 54.95 for another virtual credit card. I never authorized this company to debit any amount of money from my checking account. The application for the payday loan asks your checking account information so i gave it. I never requested a virtual credit card and i do not want a virtual credit card and on top of everything because they withdrew those two amount the overrated my account and i was charged $35.00 per transaction for insufficient funds. I want the insufficient funds charges reverted back into my account as well as the two amounts of monies that were debited from my account the 159.95 and the 54.95.

Unauthorized charges
I have no idea who these people are but I think they might have something with getting my "free" credit report on line. I am currently unemployed and my husband is retired and on a fixed income. This is outrageous! I sincerely hope someone is going to have them shut down and/or prosecuted. This has to be illegal.

Stole 49.95 twice from my checking account
These people stole 49.95 from my checking account 2 times with my authorization. I don't who these people are and i have not been able to communicate with them, they just ignore my messages. Please help me get my money back smb, i live on a fixed income.

Deleted my account for $ 49.95
My account was deleted of 49.95 dollars which made me an insufficient fund and I did not want this to go through I deleted out of the sight to keep from putting anything on my account and they still put it through.

Stealing peoples money!
I was on a sight looking up loans when the next thing I know they were taking money out of my account. I have asked numerous times for them to refund it to me because I was not interested in their prepay credit card but I have gotten no response. There is no phone # to contact them. They are a rip off and should be stopped from stealing peoples money!

Phony payday loan site
This is a rip off! They make there money off of people who don't have none at the time. They set up a phony payday loan site in order to get peoples account numbers legally. United cash loans is: ever private card services. They cost me insf. Fee that i don't have now or then. They need to be prosecuted some type of way! People cant afford this!!! This makes people not feel comfortable about asking for help!!
