As you will see on my previous writing you did not answer me back with any information regarding this matter. On ticker #121833. I had requested that you cancel the matter of debiting my checking account. I was assured that this could be done by 2 different people at the number 1-514-868-2092. This is a matter of being ignored! Also, my account has been debited not once, but 2 times, which is illegal, by no means. Once for a check number #9999 on 6/5, the day after this mistake was made, in the amount of 54.95 which is more than it was advertised the day after I made this mistake, which your company took advantage of, with your illegal practice and misrepresentation of your people in customer service, and the second check in the amount of 49.95, in the amount of 49.95, on a made up check number by you of 4666743 on 6/11. I expect to get a full refund in the amount of $104.90!! I expect to hear form someone right away, and my money returned to my checking account. Because of this double debit, and not canceling the card, because I mistakenly, hit yes, to what I thought was a cash loan, and what I was told by your customer service, which I immediately called within a few minutes afterward, because of receiving an email doing this, I was completely ignored by emails and told that I had agreed to offer, etc! I will be reporting this to the BBB of your illegal and double charging, and the attorney general in my state, that this must be a scam!! I expect my payments back in full ASAP!!

I was on the website looking for a cash loan, and this ad came up, I clicked yes, and then received an email saying that I had joined membership and that 49.95 would be taken out of my checking account, I was told by customer service to contact this website and it would be canceled immediately since it happened less than an hour ago.
