I have purchased the product. I could not reach customer support, by phone or online, did not download the product, it was not user friendly at all. It is a scam, you wont be able to talk to anyone, they will send you e mails, automatic response... that's all, but they will keep the money. So, I am disputing it, and making sure that other people know about the scam..
