These people are absolutely thieves. Even when you comply with their Terms and Conditions, they still find a way to STEAL money from you. I ordered the product on 4/22/10, cancelled the order 7 days later (within the 10 day period stated in their terms & conditions), they TOOK my money anyway. After several conversations with customer service regarding this problem, I was told I HAD to return the product; again, in contradiction to their terms & conditions. When I returned the product they credited me back for 55% of the purchase price stating that there was a restocking fee because I AGREED to return the product. I NEVER agreed, I was REQUIRED.

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS AND MADE TO REPAY ALL THE INNOCENT CONSUMERS THAT THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF!!!

For anyone who has troubles canceling their account with Ever White. I called the representative and kept her on the line the entire tire requiring her to send an email immediately. Apparently YOU have to cancel your account through this email. They cannot cancel it for you. Here is a copy of the email they sent with my info blocked out:
