I ordered their 'Free Trial Kit' on January 29, 2010. My checking account was it for $3.87 for shipping of their 'FREE PRODUCT.'
On February 11, 2010 my account was charged an additional $87.47.
I called them and they informed me that because I had not called within the 10-day free trial notification I was automatically charged the full price of the kit.

I NEVER GOT THE KIT!!!

They don't care when you call. I asked to cancel my account and they said to call back before February 28. I asked if I could cancel my account NOW...they said, "No."

How do companies like these get away with this type of rip-off!
