Overcharged
Charged a curio cabinet on my credit card, purchase was made by phone after seeing product on the web. A week later canceled the order. Was told I would be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. This item was neither shipped or received. Why should I be charged a re-stocking fee? Over a week later I still have not recived a credit to my account. I've sent a complaint to the NYS Attorney Generals Office.

Mistake, mistake, mistake
I ordered an AICO Dining Set ($4, 800.00) July 26, 2007 from Everyday Furnishings--AKA--OneClickFurniture, Furniture Brands Group, ARM. Today is April 14, 2008! It has been 9 (nine) months since they accepted my payment in full via debit card--MISTAKE! MISTAKE!--with a 5-12 weeks promise of delivery! The company is a RIP OFF and an embarrassssment to internet shopping! I'm still waiting for all of my furniture after many calls, e-mails, letters and listening to "the furniture is being investigated". The first of the "bits and pieces" were delivered Jan. 13, 2008. Another "piece" was delivered April 10, 2008. It is quite obvious that they don't have the furniture that they are advertising. It has been one lie after another. With all of the complaints filed against this company---all the way to the Attorney General's Office, why aren't they in jail? Every complaint that has been filed is saying the exact same thing. So, these people are consistent with their scam with everyone. They are stealing openly from innocent, unknowing people like me. Why are they still allowed to be in business? This is blatant consumer fraud. I have never experienced anything like this and I will never shop the internet again. People are getting ripped off left and right.

scam
I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got credit. I realized I was being scammed and dealing with the company was useless.

Non-receipt of merchandise
I ordered bedroom furniture on May 1, 2008. I was promised delivery in six to eight weeks. Eight weeks came and went and no furniture. I contacted Everyday Furnishings on several occasions and kept getting put off. Finally I was informed that the company was waiting for a "full load" before the furniture could be delivered. Makes sense right with the gas crisis and all??!!@@ I received an email message from Suzi telling me that the furniture would leave on July 11 and that I would be contacted the following week by the delivery people. Ha!!! I received no call and when I tried contacting Everyday Furnishings, guess what, no answer--no voice machine--nada! So I started looking for other numbers and actually found the website with the litany of complaints against this company. I reviewed my credit account charges and found the parent company listed as Best Buy Decor. At that number I got Cathy (sp?) who informed me that the load could not leave until the end of July now. I informed her I wanted my order canceled and immediately got in touch with my credit card company who will now go after this organization! This is the first time I have been scammed ordering on line--thanks to those of you who wrote in about this company as I was able to recoup the $1224.00 they scammed me.

No Product, No Refund
Placed an order on Jan. 29, 08. Charge cleared on Jan.30. The website says 6-8 wks delivery. I finally called on April 4th and was told via email that my order should be shipping out by the 25th. So on May 15th when I still had no furniture I called again. (Spoke to "Suzie" ofcouse.) Got the exact same email as before, word for word, just new ship dates. Only then did I wise up and search this company on the internet. What I fould was complaint after complaint just like this one. I promptly called the company back and told them I knew what was going on, that I wanted my order cancelled and my money refunded. "Suzie" assured me that I would get my money back. Within minutes I recived another email stating that her attempt to refund my money had not worked because they were no longer using the same electronic terminal as when I placed my order (whatever that means) and that the only way to get my money back would be to call my bank. I did so ofcourse and they are now researching the claim. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Burea. I hope that everyone else who has had dealings with these people will do the same.

Damaged Merchandise
Placed an order last year for an Broyhill Attic Heirlooms Dining set, did recieve after a a long wait, but 5 out of 6 chairs were damaged. They made me send pictures, tons of phone calls, and empty promises. Nothing has been done. Called Broyhill customer service, and was told they can not do anything since they are not an Authorized Dealer. They use Worth Transportation out of Archdale, NC. Be carefull of them too.
Al Carter, Susie Walker are useless pieces of shi* who spear head there fraud department.

Never received furniture!
I placed two orders online in 8/7/2007. After six weeks I contacted them via telephone and was told that the shipment was not in. After the pushed the delivery date of the furniture back 4 more times I canceled the order in 12/27/07. Now it is March and I am fighting to get my money back ($5000) with the help of my credit company.

Non receipt of goods!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Furniture Brands Group, Everday Furnishings. Ordered furniture which will never be delivered. Credit card charged when order placed. When checking on order was told product had been discontinued. No credit ever issued to credit card. They lied about the length of time the charge was posted to the credit card, told us it had been over 90 days, when in fact it had been posted 77 days prior. Starting dispute process with bank card because I expect FBG to give me the run around until the 90 days has been reached. As noted in other postings, you will probably always speak to "Suzie". Don't waste your time & money calling their customer service # and sitting on hold. There is no "customer service".
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Scam and cheating!
This is a fraudulent furniture site. They will not deliver your furniture. They have changed their names to Oneclick furniture, and now BestBuy Decor. They are all under the name Furniture Brands Group. You place your order and they keep telling you its coming until its past 60 days and your credit card cannot help. I am hoping my credit card can help. My order was from Aico furniture for an entertainment unit. Stay away they will take your money!!!
