The package takes forever to arrive 3-4 weeks - so there's the first 15$ then the card from Amex never comes. I finally called about it and they said "oh there's a reply card you have to fill out to "verify" you are the right person to recieve the card" Like taking your money every month isn't verification enough? They offer to resend the card - but it nevers comes. I called into cancel and they said they would send the reply card again. I told them forget, just credit me the amount of the card. The first level customer service rep says he doesn't have the authority. I ask for the manager. The manager says ok how about the last 4 payments. I agree. Let's see if the billing stops now.
