Your site shouldn't alow members with your web addresses to send out these emails, and bother other yahoo. customers. I am a member and elder in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, if these issues can't be resolved with in your company all of our members will take there accounts to your competitors, they are working to solve these issues already and we don't have theses problems to the extent with them as we do with your site. Also when someone needs to get in touch with your company it should be simple not call one number, then be directed to another number, then be hung up on, then choose a catigory to be directed to call yet another number. I believe as do thousands of other americans that a public company should be there for the customers that helped them get as big as they are due to support and loyalty, which in todays economy should be important to you.
