My graphics card died after only 6 months of minimal use. I went through the lengthy eVGA RMA process only to receive another. It came in a professional looking box, but to my surprise when I opened it the card was in an Unsealed Bag with the label ripped off, Scratched and with Greasy Finger Print Marks all over it. It was clearly used with many months of wear and it had a new sticker placed over what was left of the old one. I explained to eVGA that you can't get away with sending defective "recertified" products as replacements, but they didn't care. After 6 e-mails all they were willing to do was send another "recertified" product. I told them that their word meant nothing and their "recertified" products are terrible. I believe this is a clear case of FRAUD. I bought retail and when a product is defective I expect an unused product in return. I gave them a chance to do the right thing and they refused. I'll never buy from these cheats again.
