My chairs took 6 months to arrive when they were 2-3 weeks online and then I was advised 12 weeks
My chairs took 6 months to arrive when they were 2-3 weeks online and then I was advised 12 weeks. Then they needed a small replacement part for a foot and it's been 10 months emailing to and fro with them saying they will send it out but it never arriving. Just contacted better business bureau to get assistance, also noted as per the post below that they are an F on the better business bureau site. It's a shame because I love my chairs !

Trust me, it's not worth it dealing with them
First of all, let me tell you that I never write reviews about products or services, but this experience with evincodesign.com was so bad that I believe their potential customers should know what they are getting into. Second of all, all of these nice reviews about evincodesing.com custumer service sound really strange to me as there is actually no customer service! I called them maybe 10 times and the phone was answered by some third party each and every time. They would tell me that all they can do is take a message from me and someone from evincodesign.com will call me right away. As of today, I wasn't able to talk to their wonderful customer service!
What happened is I ordered a TV stand from them a month ago. On their website, they tell you that this item usually ships in 2-3 days. I found the same information in my email once I received a confirmation of my order. My credit card was charged right away, of course. As I did not get any status updates from them for a week, I called them to see if this TV stand has shipped or not. Third party took a message from me, promising that someone will call me right away with updated status, however all I got was an email, informing that now the TV stand will ship in 4-6 days. A week later, no news from them. I call again, I get another e-mail, that now the TV stand will ship in 2-3 days. Another week passed, still nothing. I call again, get an e-mail that now my order will be shipped in 4 days. 4 days later I call again, I receive an e-mail that the TV stand will ship in 48 hours. Nothing happens in 48 hours either, so I call again and I get an emai that they definitely have the TV stand in stock and the freight company will pick it up tomorrow. Same story a day later - I call them again, they send me an e-mail that now the order will ship in 3 days. Of course there is nothing to report 3 days later either. I am done playing this stupid game with them, so I will dispute the charges today. I already filed a claim with Better Business Bureau.
I am very hopeful that this review will help at least one person! Trust me, it's not worth it dealing with them!
