I have heard about the service levels of Etisalat's E-Vision.And now i agree that evison service of etisalat is not upto the mark.I had a connection of evision three months back.Everything was fine.For the past 1 week i am unable to view the channels.As soon as i switch on my TV set, a message pops up stating"A problem in the signal reception does not allow your set top box to work properly.Please call customer care at 101".
I spoke to customer care executive.They said me someone from technical department will call and fix the problem.I did not received any call.Then again i called customer care.This time i got an answer that they need to change signal wire which is out of stock and they themselves are not sure when they will get the stock but assured me that this will be done the very next day.
After waiting for two days, nobody from Etisalat team has even contacted me.And now when i again spoke to them they said that i will be done but by when they dont have any idea.
My question is if a person who is new in dubai wants an evision connection gets it within 2-3 working days but when it comes to service level nobody is even bothered.It can happen if it is a small city but in dubai it is indigestible.
I am really sick and tired of calling customer care again and again.
