company sells watches and state they have a 14 return policy and 180 service policy .when I tried to contact them about my broken watch (Broken when received)they blew me off and wanted ne to pay for shipping both ways .why did I have to pay shipping insurance?(108 dollar watch(shipping both ways($50.00) no thanks. Ill just eat it and hope this helps people make a better choice than I did. also took over 2 weeks to get my watch the first time.

they have now stopped responding to my emails"good thing I didn't mail it back, I would have never seen it again.
