I went to ez pzwn today and was met with the store manager rodney. I was trying to sell a 4 month old toshiba laptop to get my daughter school clothes. he opened the box and proceeded to rip off my protective cover in the screen, . Any monkey knows you open the computer lid first remove the protective covering.
It booted up, before i went in the store i disbled my antivirus software becuse it is registerd to me and my info was on it, if he had agrred to buy it i would have removed my the program. The windows security center popped up and stated there was a problem with security, if he would have opened it to read the damn thing it would have said click here to enable your antivirus software. Istead i was basically clled a liar to my face and told i had multiple problems with my computer and had viruses.
This computer is 4 months old, used to check and send emails only nothing ever downloaded on it at all no music movies nothing!
I tried showing him what it said and when i clicked to fix, it enabled the program and the windows security warning went away. He totally ignored me and refusesd to watch what i was doing.
Then we told him where we bought it, he claims he searched the site and nothing showed up, what the hell are they so stupid they hire people that sell products they dont know how to work and they do not know how to search the best buy site. Beofre I left home i searched the site myself, any idiot can type in a damn product number i did it again when i returned home.. low and behold there was my computer plain as day on the best buy site.
Then i was told he was supposed to give me 160.00 ( for a 600.00 computer mind you) but he was doing me a favor buy offering me 200.00.
I worked at a pawn shop i know what they would have sold it for and i know what the other shops were offering which was way more than that. After having my property damaged and being called a liar and him refusing to even read what the computer said I wouldnt have given these dumbass people my business anyway. I came home and called customer service you cant talk to anyone but a recording and noone has attempted to call me back.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they are there only to take advantage of you and make you feel like shit from the first 5 minutes after you walk in the door
