I had paid in full by credit card US$156.95 with invoice order ID #108633506 from the internet based jewellery site "Exact Replicas" for a watch on the 22 May 2009. I had printed a receipt and waited for my item to arrive. On 12th April 2009 I sent an email asking where my watch was. I receiveda reply stating thatit was shipped from china and to wait around 15-20 business days for the item. 2 more email conversations occurred up to the 22th April 2009. I was assured the watch was shipped and will be receiving the highest quality product soon. I waited patiently, and then sent another email on the 21st May 2009 with no reply. I then sent another email on the 4th June 2009 with no reply. I found that the web site was no longer active and then the email customer support was inactive also. I am very dissappointed with this company and have lost faith in most internet based stores from this experience. I would still like to have my watch, but I can see now that I was a victim of internet fraud. Is there anything I you can do in this situation?

I Ordered a Day Date Rolex, They said it would be shipped within 24hrs. It took 1 month. When I received the watch, the stem was broke. I was unable to change the date, day or time. They don't respond to calls. I placed a call to my visa card company dispute department and asked them to put a stop payment. They did that immediatley. I will not send back the watch until they send me a new one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered product months ago and money was taken, but never received watch. No response from company. Just reading many complaints now and placing my own complaint. This company needs investigated and satisfaction needs to be given to all who have been scammed.

On the 4th of July 2008, exact replicas deducted and amount of R1272.71 from my credit card. I did not order a watch from them recently.
The other watches which I ordered more than 3 months ago and for which I have paid already then, have not arrived as yet.

this is the worst company to do business with i never received a versace watch i ordered the lack of communication with this company is by far the worst ever you chat on line with people who actualy cannot help you solve anything kiran,sai, and the list goes on and on you call the number also it takes a few days to call you back they really dont care about customer service they have my money and my watch and right now im disputing it with my bank i would like to know who the owner of this company is and i dont beleive his company is actually to legit i think they give people the run around no tracking numbers you have to do all the work i strongly recommend never to order from this company unless you want to get ripped off worst customer service ever
