I recieved a check for $3988.95 and a notice that I had won $57, 000. When I tryed to call and activate my check the message said that their voice box had been filled. I went online to try and find E.Excel Inernational, INC. and all I could find was this and a few scam reports. Figures!

They send you what looks like a legitimate check and say call for authorization. But when you call to authorize, no one is available.
