This company did the same thing with me. I ordered 209.50 worth of clothing and 75.00 in shipping. Total was 284.50. Never received anything. No one ever answered the phone, and no one ever e-mailed me back. I found out the agency that registered them with the state and they were no help. I spoke to the bank that my check was deposited in and the only thing that I found out was that the account was closed. This was done with an online check. The printed out check was hand signed with a company name not the company that I gave it to. I believe it was Quality Clothing. I did a search on this company and found one here in Florida. And they had the same recording on their answer machine. I sent a report to the BBB and they were not successful and they told me that there was nothing more that they can do.

So then I turned to the State of New York office of Attorney General. I just heard back from them and there was nothing that they can do. Both were for the reason of the company did not respond to the request. However in the letter they did say that if there were other people that this company has done this to and they inform them then they can take formal law enforcement actions. Since they have done this they have changed the name of their company to Exclusive Deals Inc. But it is the same site with all of the same stuff.

To the lady that paid from pay pal you are right they should not get away with this. If you did a search on the BBB website you will find that this company and all of the other companies that they have used has a long list of complaints.
